RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

First of all, we want you to be our customer and if you are our customer, we loved to help you. We believe in after sale services. We provide 14 days return and exchange policy for you. You can return or exchange all items with in 14 days of product receipt.

 

Exchange Policy:

1. What if I need to replace the product Size?

  • If the size you ordered doesn't fit you, simply 
  • Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
  • You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (will be provided).
  • Once we receive the product, we will send the new size (depending on the availability).      

 

2. What if I wish to exchange the product with other product(s)?

  • If you don’t like the product you ordered and wish to exchange it for other product or products, simply
  • Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
  • You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (will be provided).
  • Once we receive the product, we will send the new products (depending on the availability).     

 

Delivery

All orders shipped with UPS Express or E-Packet.

Always free shipping for orders over US $50

All orders are shipped with a UPS tracking number.

Please allow 7-14 business days to process and package your order before finally being shipped. Due to extremely high demand our shipping times may take up to two weeks to ship depending on your location. We greatly apologize for the shipping inconvenience. We do not ship on weekends. There can be the occasional courier delay, which may affect your delivery time frame. We are not responsible for 3rd party delays but will communicate with you through any questions.
All orders are processed during business hours Monday - Friday. 
An email containing a review of your order will be sent once your order has been processed and dispatched.

  • What happens if no one is at home?

Not to worry, most of our items will be left in your post box if they are small enough and if the postman does not have access to your post box, it will usually be left at your local post office for your local post office for you to pick up!

Returns

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.

All sale items are final purchases unless the item was faulty.

For Exchanges + Returns:

    • The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal.
    • Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

  •  Once we receive the product and confirmed that the product is unused and all the tags are attached within 14 days we will refund your all amount without any deduction.
