All orders are shipped with a UPS tracking number.
Please allow 7-14 business days to process and package your order before finally being shipped. Due to extremely high demand our shipping times may take up to 4 weeks to ship depending on your location. We greatly apologize for the shipping inconvenience. We do not ship on weekends. There can be the occasional courier delay, which may affect your delivery time frame. The Ibiza Glow will not be liable for third party delays.
All orders are processed during business hours Monday - Friday.
An email containing a review of your order will be sent once your order has been processed and dispatched.
- What happens if no one is at home?
Not to worry, most of our items will be left in your post box if they are small enough and if the postman does not have access to your post box, it will usually be left at your local post office for your local post office for you to pick up!
Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
All sale items are final purchases unless the item was faulty.
For Exchanges + Returns:
- The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal.
- Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
