While our packers are pretty great at getting your order together, very rarely they may leave an item out from the order. If this happens, please just reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can get this sorted for you. If this happens, we will require a photo of what you received for verification purposes
If after placing your order you realize you’ve made a mistake or no longer want the order, please reach out to us at email@example.com and provided it’s within 24 hours and if the order hasn’t shipped, we should be able to cancel your order and process a refund for you. Once your order has been shipped it is too late to cancel your order.

Please allow 7-14 business days to process and package your order before finally being shipped. Due to extremely high demand our shipping times may take up to 4 weeks to ship depending on your location. We greatly apologize for the shipping inconvenience. We do not ship on weekends. There can be the occasional courier delay, which may affect your delivery time frame. The Ibiza Glow will not be liable for third party delays.
All orders are processed during business hours Monday - Friday.

What happens if no one is at home?
Not to worry, most of our items will be left in your post box if they are small enough and if the postman does not have access to your post box, it will usually be left at your local post office for your local post office for you to pick up!
